IC++ 1% commissionIC++ pricing: 1% commission on top of interchange and card scheme fees. Not a fixed, all-in card fee.
Below 2,000,000 Ft monthly card turnover, an extra terminal rental fee of 3,500 Ft / month.
From 2,000,000 Ft monthly card turnover, there is no terminal rental fee.

These turnover-based fees are paid on top of the software fee and are not part of it.

With your own counter POS (from Plus), hardware and card acceptance fees are paid separately.

Monthly or yearly.

Pay monthly or yearly. Paying yearly takes 10% off the software fee; the discount doesn’t apply to terminal fees.

How much does GoOrderz cost?

Per venue, per month, net of VAT: the Start software fee is 0 Ft, Plus is 10,000 Ft and Pro is 25,000 Ft. Start runs on the GoOrderz-provided terminal: card payments then carry an IC++ 1% commission, plus a 3,500 Ft monthly terminal rental below 2,000,000 Ft monthly card turnover. Extras are charged separately.

What’s the difference between Start, Plus and Pro?

Start gives you the six essential features on one till on the GoOrderz-provided terminal, with one shared login. Plus adds tables and the floor plan, users and permissions, postcode delivery zones and courier reports, and also works with your own counter POS and several tills. Pro has every core feature and includes 2 printer licences.

When does my plan change?

When the Plus core features you add to Start reach 10,000 Ft together, we charge the Plus plan instead, never both. In the same way, Pro core features on Plus become the Pro plan at 15,000 Ft. Some extras need a higher plan anyway: the franchise view, for example, needs at least Plus.

What is the GoOrderz-provided terminal?

In the Start plan your till runs on it, and it takes card payments. Card turnover carries an IC++ 1% commission; below 2,000,000 Ft monthly card turnover there is an extra 3,500 Ft monthly terminal rental, and from 2,000,000 Ft there is none. These are paid on top of the software fee. From Plus, you can use your own counter POS instead.

How many staff can use it?

Start has one shared login on the till. Users and permissions gives you unlimited staff with their own PIN, roles and an activity log: it’s part of Plus, or 2,500 Ft a month on its own with Start. Report history isn’t limited in any plan.

Do I pay for NTAK or the NAV connection?

No. Whatever the law requires is always free with us: NTAK reporting, the fiscal unit and NAV connection, VAT profiles and the DRS deposit.

What happens when the internet goes down?

The till keeps selling: sales, kitchen, printing and the cash drawer work offline, because the main till is the local hub. When the internet is back, everything syncs. Online orders and the card terminal may pause in the meantime.

Do I pay monthly or yearly?

Whichever suits you. Paying yearly takes 10% off the software fee.

What happens to my data if I switch an extra off?

It stays. The extra's data becomes read-only, but nothing is deleted.

Is hardware included in the price?

No, hardware is separate. We supply POS terminals, card terminals, printers or a complete hybrid bundle, based on a quote.

What devices does it run on?

Android POS tablets and Windows touch terminals. The waiter app runs on phones, and GoAdmin runs in the browser on any device.
